Summer is right around the corner, and here at The Pool House, it means we couldn’t be more excited about summer cocktail season. There is nothing quite like a fresh, delicious cocktail on a hot summer day, especially a hot summer day on our pool deck. We couldn’t be more excited for this season, which is why we are happy to highlight the best drinks of the summer here at The Pool House and hopefully get you in the mood for a summer filled with delicious poolside treats.

WILD STRAWBERRY MULE

A mule is a great cocktail for when the weather warms up, and we decided to take a fresh and fruity spin on this classic drink by adding lemon, strawberry and mint to the mix. It tastes like your old favorite, but has the perfect hint of fruit flavor to it.

DON SANDIA

If you are in the mood for a little tequila to take your day at the pool to the next level—we have just the drink for you. Our Don Sandia cocktail is made with Casamigos Blanco Tequila, watermelon juice, lemon and lime.

BERRY BLISS

We love fruity drinks by the pool, and this Berry Bliss drink more than fits the bill. It is made out of Ciroc Peach Vodka, St. Germain, lemon, blueberry, blackberry and mint.

PASSION BERRY MOJITO

Here at The Pool House, we are known for our mojitos—not only our fresh classic Mojitos, but our special flavor Mojitos as well. This Passion Fruit drink is made with Cruzan Passion Fruit Rum, raspberry, mint, lime and soda.

THE ROOFTOP SPRITZ

Nothing says spending a day on a rooftop pool quite like The Rooftop Spritz. This light and fresh cocktail is made with Belvedere Vodka, St. Germain, Aperol, lemon and Moet Ice.

AMBROSE MAI TAI

We all wish that we could spend our afternoons lounging in Hawaii. While we can ship you off to this tropical island, what we can do is create a Hawaiian-themed cocktail. We put our own twist on the infamous Hawaiian Mai Tai by making it with Ambrose Banana Whiskey.

MELANCIA ROSA

Watermelon, grapefruit, pomegranate, Chandon Rose and Absolut Elyx Vodka all come together to make this fresh, fruity and refreshing poolside drink. It is one of our favorite additions to our cocktail menu and a must-have for a hot day next to the pool.

Of course, these are just a few of the many different great cocktails we have on our menu that were all created with warm poolside days in mind. The only problem is finding enough time to try them all!
