Creative Mojitos at Pool House

Here at Pool House, we know that many of our guests come to our rooftop bar and pool because we have some of the best views in all of San Diego. Located right in the stunning Pendry Hotel, we know that we not only have one of the best pool decks in the city, but that we also have one of the best drink menus in the area as well. When it comes to all of the creative cocktails and delicious concoctions we serve, if there is one drink on our menu that we would say we are most proud of, it would have to be our mojitos.

While other bars just serve a standard mojito, we decided to really take things up a notch with our mojitos and create new, exciting and flavorful twists on this classic cocktail to make sure our guests always have something fresh and fun to sip on. While we love all of our mojitos equally, we want to go ahead and highlight some of our favorites, just in case you are in the mood to try something new.

Traditional Mojito

Ok, so a traditional mojito may not be the most creative on the list, but we had to mention it, because we love this tried and true cocktail classic. With the perfect blend of rum, mint, lime and soda, we know you won’t be able to have just one. Our traditional mojito is exactly why we offer pitcher specials here at Pool House.

The Voconut Mojito

No, it isn’t a typo, our Voconut Mojito has the name because it is made with Voco Coconut mixture that brings the perfect amount of sweet flavor to this drink. It is a fun twist on your classic mojito and is still made with Bacardi Superior Rum.

Passion Berry Mojito

If you love fruity drinks and berry-flavored anything, then this mojito is for you. We start with Cruzan Passion Fruit Rum and add fresh raspberry to the mint, lime and soda to create the perfect blend of sweet and refreshing. Trust us, you have to try this.

Pineapple Mojito

This is our favorite mojito for those hot California days when you want something crisp and refreshing to really cool you off. One sip of this, and you may think you have been transported to a tropical island. This drink is made with Captain Morgan Pineapple rum, fresh pineapple juice, and the classic muddled mint, lime and soda.
