What’s a San Diego pool side lounge session without some light dishes? They say that you’re not supposed to eat a meal before swimming, so that’s where the light dishes come in, right? That way you can have your cake and eat it too… or maybe chips & guacamole are more your speed. Think about it… is there anything better than sitting by the pool, drink in hand, the smell of fresh food coming from the grill, oysters on the shell, music playing in the background, positive vibes, and having the time of your life with your friends? We’ll answer that for you: no there isn’t.
Whether you’re just working on your tan or ready for a dip, you’re going to want to grab a seat and eat at some point. If you’re just here to pregame, then you have got to check out our light dishes.

Our full menu has a robust selection of entrées and drinks, but if you’re looking for something light, then you have come to the right place. You’re here in San Diego for the weather, atmosphere, and of course our rooftop pool, but stay a while for longer for a quick bite that’ll want you coming back for seconds.

By day, the Pool House provides a refined backdrop for an afternoon in the California sun, featuring private cabanas, premium lounge chairs, lavish daybeds and a luxury-soaked environment. Fresh and healthy pool-friendly fare is available as guests rake in the tranquility of the secluded sanctuary with personalized service and the utmost attention to detail.
By night, the Pool House transforms into an open-air, high-energy environment, featuring eclectic entertainment and various spaces for private celebrations. The Pool House is open Sunday-Friday to the public 11am – 6pm.
