When it comes to going online, there are often people warning you to never read the comments or the reviews. It seems that a lot of the time, people vent their negative feelings, and those who had a positive experience tend to be happy, so they stay quiet. Well, we went against that advice this week, and wanted to see what people were saying about The Pool House, and honestly… WE’RE THRILLED!

GREAT PLACE TO THROW A PARTY –
“Great place to throw a party – has a pool, jacuzzi, cabanas, a spa, and a bar. Views from the terrace are somewhat obstructed by the taller surrounding buildings. Staff is nice and welcoming.”
ATMOSPHERE AND EXPERIENCE! –
“Crazy Beautiful Pool spot with a fun Beautiful, and helpful staff! This pool has a cool beach club type vibe, with delicious drinks and cocktails and food. Gonna book a room at the Pendry next time I’m in SD just because of the atmosphere and experience here at The Pool House.”
FLING BEFORE THE RING?! –
“So much fun for a bachelorette party! Rented a cabana for 8 girls on a Friday. Food and drinks were delicious. We had such a great time relaxing in the cabana on some chairs and in the hot tub. We liked that it was a cool vibe not a pool party vibe so highly recommend a Friday if you want something low-key. For 5-6 hours we spent $900 to give you an idea of pricing.”
GREAT FOR LUNCH –
“My team and I chose this place for a lunch bite since we work off G Street. I’m so glad we did! I had the poke bowl with a side of chips. I also tried some of the fries off my friend’s plate -crispy and delicious btw. Highly recommend the poke bowl, it was fresh. Although I don’t eat chicken, the buffalo wrap my coworkers got looked delicious.”
GREAT HAPPY HOUR IN SAN DIEGO –
“Came here for a nice, light happy hour and we got what we wanted! They were very accommodating to our one-year-old daughter and got her a high chair from a different restaurant. We were very pleased! The fish tacos were great, and I enjoyed my wine. Beautiful location, no cigarette smoke, and a perfect place to dine in the sun. Service was fast and friendly.”
